Those are very similar to the home built Harrell built bars used on 67 Yenko Camaro...BKH

If they are home made then someone had access to a pretty good metal brake and a mill.

I have an old magazine from the day showing bars just like these being installed at either Nickey/Bill Thomas or Motion.

I’ll post pics but they are not these the ones I have are sure-tracs. They look like the old ones but have 2 long horizontal straight bars instead of the single bars of the old ones

The NicKey / Bill Thomas bars are similar, however they used GM spring / shock plates.
