My opinion is that this LS6 is a "'tweener". Between a survivor and a restored car. Coupled with the interior discrepancy it makes the car a tough sell. And most likely drives the price down.

Compared to my survivor LS6 with less than half the mileage of this one, the engine compartment looks way too nice (block paint, master cylinder paint, etc...). Same with the underside. Jerry MacNeish's report kindly indicates this.

I just passed up buying another 69 Chevelle that fell into the same category. It is, unfortunately, easy to screw up a 'survivor' type car.
