Nah, that's from Barney's car. He was always the conservative one.
Fred was more big block, 4 speed and manual brakes...

Must be an early version, before they became red.

True story: We did an auto show one time and were introducing various Chevrolet SS models. The bowtie logo was changed to black, or red, to highlight the new appearance.
The design chief of the time, who shall remain nameless, had a fit. He said "you don't just go and change an iconic logo like the Chevrolet bow tie to some different color! Do you think Target would just go around and change the color of their logo?!?" So he made us change them all back to yellow (I apologize if you were involved in that). So - a couple observations, now that some time has passed: Target's logo, as of October of 2019 (left) and - the original Chevrolet emblem, as flown proudly above Chevrolet Flint Manufacturing (aka "Chevy in the Hole"). All well know characters in history have a relationship with a particular brand.
Jesus for example was known to prefer Plymouth’s. The earliest reference was when ‘ he drove Adam and Eve away from the Garden of Eden with his Fury”

I contacted GM Heritage center, they said it’s correct for a Pontiac from the Cretaceous Period
