Per the Ad, this was one of the festival cars, so that there makes this one worth restoring. But not for the faint of heart!
If you had all the parts from another Pace car, it would make a little sense to fix this one instead, since almost everything needs replacing, except for the shell with the numbers and engine/trans/rear if they are original.
