I don't see where your current bellhousing will accommodate 3 fasteners, only 2. Didn't the '62 have a cast bell ? I can look at the one I have here and see if it has 3 mounting holes.

This shows the three bolt holes.

Ah, the bottom hole is in the casting but couldn't see it from the back.
