I’ve always heard the early 67’s had metal backs and later built cars had plastic. My car is 06A and it has plastic backs.

That car should have sold for a lot more. George’s blue on blue on blue l78 vert sold for $250,000 and the bat car sold for 247,000. Timing, economy play a lot into it. I think the blue car was sold higher than expected.
