I can't view it either. I can hear the sound, but the resolution looks like a "UPC" label. Helen Keller, how about Ray Charles...you don't have the right one baby...uh huh???

I typically use Mozilla or the Firefox browser but the player only worked in 'Internet Explorer' for me. Try copying & pasting the address into your IE browser after installing the program.
