Oh no. Not the old graphite core Super Stock wires. I've never seen a plug wire that caused more missfires than those.

Yes, I have heard that too. My build has the 7mm Mallory High Performance Silicone wire with solid wire at its core to transmit all of those ‘trons coming from the coil.

Sam, what the heck is going on with those headers?? You had problems before also with the discoloration...

Rich - 1st time I had them coated they turned brown/black on first firing and then flaked off there after. They just were not done at all correctly. Only issue so far with this current coating is a change to yellow and the coating is very strong and apparently durable so far. It is uniform in color although the collectors are still orange. I am good with this at this point - it looks good in person - check it out at MCACN!

Sam, I thought the Day-2 plug wires of the day would have been Packard 440, solid core.
