Jason,
Is the crossram assembly GM original including the air cleaner? By chance does it include the fiberglass hood? I know some people prefer not to install the hoods because they tend to crack and never fit that well. You have quite a collection of Camaros.

your description of the rear code 3969341NF is the casting number for the center section of a 1970 Camaro or Nova not the code on the axle tube. The center section for 69 Camaro is 3894860 NF

Late built '69 Camaros did use the 341 cast number housing.

Yes the Crossram is the original GM assembly , the carbs are original crossram carbs and the air cleaner is the original GM air cleaner. This has the steel cowl hood not fiberglass.

Can you post some pictures of the carbs and air horns with the breather off please. I'd like to see more on this car with more supportive pictures if possible. Pictures with actual shots of the engine pad stamp, intake casting numbers, and also carb numbers and dates would be appreciated. Thanks

Jason,
If you are going through all this trouble to take all those pictures requested could take several pictures of the crossram air cleaner base starting from the inside please?

I sent this info on this car to a friend, as he was REALLY interested. JUST what he was looking for, color and all. He began getting funds together to possibly make an offer. Then 53 hours and change later, in ANOTHER auction, all of a sudden the block [TO THIS CAR} MIGHT not be the matching numbers block original. I am confused. WHY wasn't this mentioned in the original 51 word description?? WHY did it take someone asking questions at another section of this site to get this info? I just wrote a 6 THOUSAND word description with over 350 pictures and video's. I am tired of these vague 30 second descriptions. What a shame, my buddy in LA is very saddened by this updated info. And if it cannot be verified, that is a 20 to 25K hit right. That's what I was taught on these Camaro sites. So should I expect a new price any day now of 60 to 65K?.. Danny

Not only did they change to the 3969341 on late built cars, but that change coincided with the addition three letter axle ratio designation ( C added ) used in 70 and up. For instance 373 code was now CBU.

It may be the reply to Jude's question in the other thread he's referring to Charley?
