My neighbor has two beagles and he calls them "escape artists." Constantly trying to dig out under the back fence, etc. Better read up on beagle care Bruce!

They get some smell in the nose and they will take off and go for miles!!! I knew a young couple whose beagle kept getting out of the yard and dashing across town!! I am sorry for the previous owner, that lack of responsibility says a lot about her mother. ( Who put the bullet in the furnace?) shop teacher Bruce as usual
