Knocked on the door 2x but have not spoken to the owner yet. Got some more pix. It has a very large engine, but is an auto on the column. The missing headlights are to accomodate air intake. There is an additional shifter on the floor w/ a B&M handle so it may be converted to manual or have a manual auto shift. Got a marginal shot of the traction bars.

Also - no VIN on the dash, not sure what is meant by cowl in the post above. Is that the piece directly under the winshield? Does this mean under the hood?

I will keep trying to find the owner. Let me know if there are anymore specific questions.

the vin is on a tag on the end of the door

Have to pop the hood. It's on the top of the firewall on the passenger side.
