Jim That's my mistake earlier saying it came with a green cloth bench seat,it didn't,it came with a green vinyl bench seat. But it was possible to get a Hardtop 1970 SS Chevelle with a green cloth bench seat. |

Not only could you get a cloth interior (code 782) on an SS let alone an L78 or LS6 but could get white wall tires on them as well......

I feel bad for the owners...
puts a tear in my eyes.... years ago I had a 69 RS convertible at my buddy's body shop. He pushed it outside one night and covered it with a tarp... that same night some chick decided to torch her boyfriend's car which was right next to my Camaro.... well..long story short, the only thing I salvaged was one rally wheel... the whole car pretty much melted.... I saved one burnt seatbelt as a memory... I'm in brazil now.. but Ill post a pic when I get home.... I hate when this happens... |

The car's rear axle and/or trans codes will tell more about what it is assuming they are original which they likely were not in this car as it appears to be modified. </div></div>
From what I can see it is just 26
