They do have the DOT stamp with serial # near the bead as you describe but not sure the rest adds up. The four tires read:
CYLD B5KJ 352 CYLD B5KJ 382 CYLD B5KJ 382 CYLD B5KJ 412 Thanks.

The four codes you listed are Reproduction tires.
