How about a 78 Bandit or Gold edition Trans Am, 4 speed car of course. You can find a low mileage, original paint car for that kind of money and have a nice car to boot.

Black 67 RS Z28 with red interior, cowl plenum, headers, 4:88 gears, bench seat, metallic brakes. That would do it for me.

I like that car but I'll pass seeing as how my driver car is a black-on-red RS/SS 350 local survivor, original paint, one old lady owner, 55K miles, so original it hurts.
