I saw this car the day Jude brought it home and knew instantly it was a Yenko. No question in my mind it is the real deal. Just goes to show when you think everyone has been found, another one is uncovered so keep looking.
In regards to disc brakes being converted to drums. This is/was extremely common on drag cars. My 300 mile 69 Z-28 was a drag car from day one and has drums up front. Discs always have some drag, where as drums roll without dragging making the car just a bit quicker.

Jude, has anyone been able to run NCIB on the car. having all the copo pieces but that would tie it to yenko once and for all.. you da man!!

Yes, Bill. Unfortunately, the car didn't turn up. BTW it is a Fathom Green no vinyl top car

but you showed photographic evidence as found and all the pieces fit the puzzle right. Looks like a Yenko to me! -Dan

The auto on the column brings up a question I have always wondered, how many of the '69 Yenko Camaros that came with an automatic were switched over to a Hurst Dualgate shifter?...
