Tom, What is your problem....you talk about me getting the facts straight, well here are the facts, I was there with my Burgundy X-Ram JL8 and in fact the guy with the AACA Senior awarded Olds invited me to come back to a show that was scheduled the same weekend of the GM Natl's. Now if you still want to make that bet, just let me know.

Now that I have seen your name yes you were there. I
apologize for that, I didn't look at your name until now (I didn't realize I could - I'm Still new to the site) and I also know you won first place in your class but what I don't understand why you would say the things you did about the show. The show although small was not that bad. Sure we all wish the car would have the 150 - 200 cars we expected, and believe me I would love to have all of them be concourse cars.

I mean I don't understand why you were "sooooo disappointed that you would never go back." If there was a problem with the event, you should have come to either Troy or myself about it, we even announce that during the awards ceremony, but for you to go onto a public website and post things like that makes us look bad. We are ALWAYS wiling to listen to concerns participants have at our events, but to be blindsided like this is completely off the charts. Unfortunately I am not a mind reader and if a participant has a problem, I can't know about it if you don't tell me.

But getting back to the original issue, it was not a muscle car show, and maybe that is something you didn't understand. I can and will promise you give it another chance you will not be sorry. The event next year has the 1969 Camaro as the feature car and we will be having two special displays of Boss Mustangs and AAR Cuda's as well.

Tom, Don't take this so personally, I will never attend the GM Natl's on a Friday ever again either but I will attend on Sat, just my opinion.

I can understand the Friday thing myself, and the Saturday thing, I am not sure about. COSTS WAY to much now. I guess if I needed parts thats one thing. But to go for the show, NAH I'll put my money in my pocket and attend MANY other shows somewhere else for that cost. My Camaro has gone as far as it will go with the ACA anyway. But what they do is a good thing, I'll just stop by and say hi as I pass out flyers.
