Not positive Rick but the ones I remember on the 70 cop cars looked the same but attached the fan blades differently. What I am trying to say is where the rivets went through was not pointed but square.

Mac, most of the Nova fans went in the dumpster back in the day because they were loud....they made a whining sound all their own. The typical flex fan was the usual replacement...I have never seen them on any other vehicle, but there were likely other applications like Rick points out.

I checked to night and I don't have the one in the picture exactly but have the 5 blade ones with the 5 rivits and a square mount to the blade not triangle. One was tagged 70 396?? I have the triangle ones in 6 and 7 blade again tagged 69/70 BBC. God knows what they came off.
