is there a way to make it so profiles are filled out in detail at least to Tom/Rob before they can post at all so we know who we are dealing with if things go wrong??

Only problem with that is their is nothing which can validate the information is true. Someone can say their name is Spongebob Squarepants and a field validation would not capture that let alone fake adresses and phone numbers.

This is true but when a known fraud and scammer is caught and reported publically not by one but by several on this board, they and their IPL should be banned immediately. Especially when the person uses several different aliases.
