I saw some of the weather reports showing the HEAT out west. I would imagine the car cruises to be smaller because of it.
Luckily we had no rain here, as it seems there's rain in the forecast almost every day lately. Nothing like what Iowa is seeing, but still a lot of high water in our area.

We were discussing that too. The owner wasn't around to ask, but I think you're right that the scoop was added and looks like it belongs there.
