In the first video the smog tube has no check valve. Did you plug the tubes ?

Car sounds a lot throatier than any 73 I remember.

It has joeys exhaust on it. I don’t know it’s been since 1992 since the last time it ran. Back then it had headers and cherry bombs i think.
