i bought this car from the original owner in 2003.. the car was in blacksburg va twenty miles from my shop.. i sold the car to bill markham in south carolina.. the car had all original paint back then.. the right front fender had been hit on the car. i think bill is the one who replaced and painted the fender. i have alot pictures of the car after i bought it and befor any paint work was done. i will try and scan them and post them here. the car has 120k miles but would pass for 20k. one of the best original camaros that i have owned..

[/ QUOTE ] Just got off the phone with Bill Markham[nice guy by the way],he just verified the rh fender was NOT replaced,so NOONE replaced the fender. He also said he doesnt know your name, and that he didnt buy it from you. I just spoke on the phone with the REAL person that sold him the car[another nice guy] and IT WASNT YOU .It along with the lh quarter was worked on as i stated above due to driving in and out of the garage[original owner]. Also your mileage statement is off . Maybe you are confusing this with another white survivor Z from vietnam?? Sounded like a good story,Lee maybe even deserving of a few beer chug smilies and PMS if it were true from guys that love to see anything i have discredited ..but its all fiction. Do you still want to say you owned it and sold it,or do you want to retract the statement and explain to everyone why you lied?....."one of the nicest camaros YOU ever owned??" thats pathetic

Ok I am confused. How did Lee know that Bill Markham was one of the past owners of this car? How many original miles does this car have?

Hey Mark!! The reason I knew that is because my dealership Today's Auto, that I own, sold him the car. I have four licensed buyers that work at my dealership. One of those happen to be Lynn Sisson who is one of the best out there in finding original cars. Lynn is the one who found this car for us from the original owner who at that time lived in Blacksburg, Va and still does. After purchasing the car we did a very light detail and fixed one seam in the drivers seat. Between myself & Lynn we have a large market of buyers here in the states and overseas. Bill Markham has been a past customer of ours on several cars, buying & selling. He happens to be one of Lynn's contacts so Lynn is the one who put the deal together with him. Like I said, we have a lot of pictures of the car before anything was ever done. I even have the copy of the bill of sale where we sold the car to Bill. Anyway, enough of all that! 427king, I was in no way trying to belittle your car or hurt the sale of the car. I was just trying to enlighten you and whoever may be interested in the car on some things I knew about it since we were the ones who bought it off the original owner. Like I said this car is one of the most awesome, original cars out there today. As for the right front fender, that was hit in the driveway of the original owner. If it was not replaced by Bill when he painted it, it should have been. Good Luck with your sale & I hope you hit a homerun!!!

Thank you Lee for the response. If possible could you post some pictures from the past of this car. So am I right to assume that this car does have around 120,000 miles on it?
