They say Dave Strickler could bang some gears.what kind of 4 speed tranny did he use in the z28.always liked the stick shift guys.Chris

Strickler used an M22 with Hurst Comp Plus shifter. I have some photos of the trans and shifter in my collection. Can't post now as I'm in Iowa this week, 1 degree when I got off the plane!

Dave Strickler and Ronnie Sox are regarded as the two best four speed drivers of the era. Both are in the Motorsports Hall of Fame........and deserve to be there.

Jerry, I remember a Blue L79 at A/C show about 15years ago. Guy said it was a jenkins car. I tried to get Max To buy it
