Auction description

Please note the Yenko community has questioned the authenticity of Yenko Camaro YS9637 because several years ago two different cars claimed to have serial number 124379N615382. Early in this car’s life it was competitively drag raced. After retiring from racing, the car was placed in storage. Over the years, some major components were sold to different people. During the car’s most recent restoration, the all pertinent components were reunited. This correctly-restored Hugger Orange 1969 Yenko Camaro represents the pinnacle of performance that emerged from the muscle car era.

Charlie and others, the way I read that is:

this Yenko was a racecar then parked. Parts were sold off and someone made a second car with the same VIN. AT THIS LAST RESTO, ALL THE PARTS HAVE BEEN REUNITED ON THE ORIGINAL RACECAR BODY???? Now I know from this site that is NOT the case, but that is they was I see it being represented. I think the $$$ are should that it's a rebody too.

I would say more than a bit misleading as they never stated that this is a rebody or NOT the original racecar shell restored.

That is the way I read it? Maybe it's a CANADIAN thing and I'm lost in the exchange.....
