Wonder how they got that cowl plenum under the stock SS hood? I’ve been told that it won’t fit?

Either the intake/carb were changed or the trans / tach was changed. I'd guess the former.
Another 'nothing has been changed' but things were.... Still a nice car.

I watched it again. Even though it's heavily implied, he never says the engine is original to the car. (I don't think) And when he states "nothing has been changed", he says in the interior. Of course, he was young when his dad bought it, and time has a way of blurring memory, and things get exaggerated. Never the less, fabulous car!

Judging by the markings on the ends of the heads they are oval ports. A few things have been changed on that engine.
