It's amazing - I was just thinking the vary same thing.

Ever wonder how many other long-gone cars could have been
ressurected if someone kept them. I can think of dozens
of cars thet met their fate that way. The most glaring for
me was a highly optioned Olds W-30 ( beautiful car ) that
met its end by the insurance adjuster. My gut told me to
buy that car even then. What was I thinking ! Oh yeah - SCRAP !
