That was my first thought too since I sold an Eelco a while back that looked just like that one, including the two lights that protrude out the top. It was cast, probably pot metal, but Eelco was cast into the back of the panel. May be a later version or a copy.

Well, if it's a copy, it was done in '63, because that's when that thing was installed. I've checked all the usual sources and can only find a 4 hole that looks like that, but with 3 light pods, not just 2. I haven't taken it all apart yet (that will come) but looking as carefully as I can from underneath, I can't see any logo at all.

I hope I find the answer some day.
