Oxyclean is great on belt webbing, but if you leave the buckles with the GM embossed in the solution, it will take the anodizing away. It makes webbing look like new though.

After the dishwasing...tags not cleaned up bright white, but better. Any tips to clean the

white tags without taking off letters/numbers?

That’s tough getting those like new. A buddy Dyed his belts black in his TA. When he sweats they turn his shirt black. Lmao. I told him to get his AC fixed.

The tags are much brighter then they were...as the Black webbing. Told the wife today that

I used the dishwasher to clean the belts...she knew right away that I used it! How do they

know this stuff?? LOL Will leave the tags alone with new bolts. Car will never see the rain, so

no real need to seal them.

Thanks for every ones help!!

Default seat belts

Those seat belts look great! Oxi-Clean markets a 5 in 1 max force laundry stain remover 12 oz squirt bottle. I sprayed it directly on the tags and gently scrubbed the tags with tooth brush. Let sit for five minutes then run them thru the dishwasher. Don't let oxi clean dry on the tags though. I have used the washing machine also. Seal each belt in a sock run on gentle with towels. The tags will brighten up but don't expect fresh new white tags.

Has anyone had any luck using dye to freshen up the belts?
I got a bud that did his belts, carpet and seat covers. Swears by it.
