also on the carpet near the clip was this little punch out letter N. Looks like it came out of a IBM type card

sticker that was laying on the subframe that fell off the front of the right side valve cover.

One shoulder harness clip has stress cracks and this car has been out of the sun for 35 years.

Pardon me if this is a silly question but what is the significance of the sequence # on the build. It looks like your car has a 3C build date and 3684 for a sequence #

Mine id a 5E build with a 6479 sequence could someone explain the relationship for me.

That little wire clip looks like a spring for the rear ash tray lid in the console...
