Looking forward to seeing it. Another reason to come to MCACN - as if there were not enough already.... |

Thanks gentleman, I just found the build sheet this week behind the passenger bucket seat, it is at the very top and will be a PITA to try & remove.

Hopefully there is another in a more accessible location. Some of those Wilmington sheets found in the bucket seats are really a PITA to get out there others are really easy. If there is a sheet in one of the back seats, it should be easier.
Two years ago, I found a pair of 66 Caprice bucket seats for sale at Carlisle. Could see a Wilmington build sheet in the seat back so the seller let me take the cover off and get it. That one was easy. The other seat had one in the bottom but it was wrapped around the back of the frame, impossible to get out without taking the seat apart. I didn't even bother with that one unless I could take the seat home. LOL

----Jeff,,, That build sheet, if you can't find another, is obviously important. I think I would take the seat back to a good interior guy and have him disassemble it and then remove the BS with less chance of damage. A good guy can do this and reassemble your seat and no one will ever know it's been apart. Small amount of money in the long run, don't you think?......Bill S

Figures, cool Wilmington car with all original interior and they didn't leave one in the back seat! LOL Well at least there is one in the car! If the car had hood insulation, above it would be another location to look.
