i think if your house city can take your for what they see as the betterment of the city and what they feel the value is and you must sell ,i think the same should apply with car guys and classic cars

eminent domain on cars might cause a shooting war

[/ QUOTE ]Many Towns and Municipalities have enacted Laws to remove any and all vehicles that are not Registered and insured! (Anywhere on your property including your Garage)It keeps the Yuppies happy as they do not see these Cars as anything more than Yard Clutter. It benefits the Gov't as They keep revenue moving to the DMV and they benefit from the Taxes on the Insurance sale. even if the Poor Old Car is getting a 5 year restoration as some working stiff can only do in his spare time to Relax and Dream a little. First they want our guns, now our Cars!!

yep saw that first hand a few years ago..a nice old fella a few houses over settled on the hill in the '60's when no one was here had a couple acres and few boats and cars parked on it rotting away...the do gooders called the county and his life was turned upside down at 74 yrs old..these cars were out back and even at that age he kept the front yard looking pretty good. they say we cant park stuff on grass it has to be on a approved surface, then if you do that I think there is some rule about how many you can have sitting, total bs, as long as it's under the fence line and you dont look like a wrecking yard it shouldnt matter.

guy passed on and I say it was from the stress of the whole deal, now the jerk that called has three big houses built on the property with the 5 ft min setbacks right up to his place and they get to look out there windows at each other,

often have wanted to ask him if he would have rather looked at a grassy field with a few junkers or his new neighbor getting a drink of water 10 ft away in his house.

Hey Bruce...what's in your far right garage bay in td2 pic? The right margin of the pic cuts off a clear view to that bay...

I would have to say Bruce is being rather modest with his restoration capabilities. On his first outing ever with his Go Mango 440-6 six shaker challenger at Mopars at the Strip in Vegas he won: 2nd overall e-body, 2nd overall peoples' choice, 2 major magazine feature articles and judges' selection to be shown at a special evening event at the Cannery Casino. It also appears the car could have done better if the typical Mopar production line practices like undercoating rear wheel wells had been implemented
