[ QUOTE ]
I have poured all kinds of chemicals in the second one trying to get it to yellow up some.

[/ QUOTE ]

Looks like there's a need for old yellowed washer bottles! I predict they will be soon be coming up on eBay with hefty price tags! Rats, I need one too. I guess I'll have to use the new, too-white repro since the correctly-aged pieces might be out of my price range. Maybe someone can start a business that makes new repros look four decades old? Maybe fill it with ice-tea and set it out in the sun for a few weeks, then bake it in the oven on low heat so it doesn't melt? Just brainstorming here... (Yeah, small brains shouldn't try to brainstorm.)

Fill it up with Coke. Let it sit for a couple of days. The phosphoric acid in Coke can dissovle human teeth.
Warning: it might turn it more brown than yellow.

Thanks for the washer bottle discussion...Got me thinking again..Were the factory bottles ever that white? I replaced my old one due to the yellow tint and used a GM white bottle...I'm starting to like the yellow tint more and more..I know the yellow tinted one was correct but was it aged or did it just "come that way"...???

The washer solvent reservoirs were white. Here's one that is untouched and just starting to yellow at the center molding seam.
