Default '67 #s Corvette Coupe 327/300hp/4-sp, stored since 1970s

Clean project, don't think you could get too hurt on this one but the 'scaly frame' comment justifies checking this one out in person.

Marlboro Maroon with black interior sounds pretty good to me.

----It's unfortunate that I see so many mediocre and better mid-year's that have the guage lenses reinstalled backwards (convex rather than concave). Really a dumb mistake, and guarantees that the cluster has been out and the odometer has probably been rolled back!......Bill S

You could make a small fortune restoring that one, only if you started with a large fortune.

All but the top 1% midyears are flat to declining now. The economics of that restoration make no sense, even if you did EVERYTHING yourself.

The cluster being removed means the odometer has likely been rolled back? That is the most rediculous thing I’ve heard in while. If the transmission had been out does that mean it had likely been restamped?

----Jason,,,50 years of working on mid-year Corvettes tells me that while there are other reasons to take the cluster out, the predominate one is ODO rollback. Especially when someone makes the very rudimentary mistake of replacing the lenses backwards! ..….Bill S

Those lens do look wrong lol.
Is that a pile of hoods and fiberglass in the background for corvettes?

----Bill,,, I have done so many midyear resto's that I notice different stuff almost immediately. The lense's were concave to cut way down on the reflections. Concave sort of makes the reflections disappear...…..Bill S
