Default '69 L78 Nova Clone...but quite nice

Wish it were a born-with 375hp Nova, but wow, does this one have the look or what? Looks like the restoration was done very nicely. Just gorgeous.

Has a 6-cyl VIN so a future owner won't be tricking anyone semi-informed into thinking it's a legit 396 car.

Very nice detail for a clone, went all out. Seems the price, so far, reflects it

Post 69 L78 Nova...

Nice looking car...I assume the color is supposed to be Garnet Red?? Looks more like Cranberry Red...

Has a few little items like the radiator flap retaining clips, headlite bezels, fuel line, pcv hose, etc. Interior looks like it should have the taxi cab plain vinyl, those seat covers are the custom version.

Overall, a nice car...

I like it too, 6-popper Vin and all.
That's two painted steel rim red cars w/ snow pictures here this week which feels especially fitting w/ the weather 'round these parts of late...cool is the word in more ways than one.

That one will show up again someday as a legit L78 car in today's world with a new vin.
It's a super nice car!

The other day, I read a comment from a member that whenever he sees pictures of a car with Flowmasters, he stops looking. That's kind of how I feel about the Chinese boosters and dimestore brake valves. How much more would it have cost to replate/restore a real set-up? Its not like you can't find correct stuff, even if the dates don't jive. Yea, we know its not a genuine car, but something as visible as that booster being cinched makes me wonder what else is??? I hope I'm not making a rules infraction with this thought, but I doubt this car is being offered by a fellow site member.

The panel gaps in the photos leaves a little something to be desired.

I'd love to own it, drive it a lot, and change the items as needed for drive-ability.
