I didn't see enough of the tire pressure decal left to see where it says 15" wheel.

I can't make any "Z" or no "Z" out of this but the manual brake set up is interesting. Anyone ever see the usually frame-rail mounted rear brake regulator valve mounted there by the Master cylinder and distribution block? Maybe a custom job?
