The Dr.'s ad from BITD references it as the last high horse convertible.

The last Judge was likely the Orbit Orange car that was at the Barn Finds section last year. I have production of Judges by month and there was only one built in April—that one. The only way to ascertain for sure is to go through all the invoices.
