Default '66 Hemi Satellite

I don't know why these cars (and the GTX of the same era) don't pull bigger $. IMO one of the cleanest Mopar designs of the 1960s, and pretty rare as just over 500 Hemi Satellites were built in '66.

That looks like a brand new Napa battery. Maybe the correct one took a crap and he just stuck one in. Last judging was 2017.

With the exception of the exterior color and mileage...my red 60K mile Satellite is identical. However, with the car here for sale, there is some funky wiring with going on with a hot wire from the positive post to the relay and the piece of wood under the tach, likely put there for support?

My car is fully documented and is the Chrysler Registry with Galen Govier's blessing. According to the Chrysler Registry; there were 817 - 1966 426 Hemi Plymouth Satellite 2 door hardtops built to specs for the USA...503 4 speeds and 314 automatics. My car was #35 of 50 built in sequence at the St. Louis, MO plant sold new in the USA.

Speaking about batteries...my Chrysler battery crapped out and for the time being I'm swapping the one out from my Biscayne. Note to self: purchase new Chrysler battery in the spring.

By the way my car is also for sale. If anyone is interested, please send me a PM.
