Wouldn't it be "Zulu Lima One" if I remember my phoentic alphabet?

Now yer talkin. Not sure if it applies here, but in that time frame it wasn't uncommon to hear the term "that's a big friggen Zulu". Usually ment big and or unusual. I used to deer hunt with my Grandfathers old Montgomery Wards shot gun. Had a long barrel, and held 7 shells. We called it the Zulu queen.

WOW! I love the chrome cragers/black tire look simply beautiful.
Does any have an idea of what the wheel/tire size would be? Seems perfect!
Just enough bad to make it looks soooo good!
Thanks for the pic/post!

Having read this thread a few things that struck me..

1) George Lyons is a STAND UP guy and if his name is the seller...buy with confidence..

2) What a cool car!! A gorgeous car which was actually used (and probably abused) the way Chevrolet intended

3) Given the amount of sheet metal work that some cars have...literally every panel save the firewall...and the crappy sheet metal out there today...really thinking there shouldn't be a huge stigma if properly disclosed...and the work done as the factory did..

If you managed to go over the ropes to get close enough to read the description sheet on the windshield you could read this disclosure about the body.
