Default Belmont COPOs

All Belmont vehicles had this sticker on the butt end.

Does anyone have one of these available for sale for my Belmont COPO?

With the interest in dealer decals and emblems, I would think there would be some sort of a limited market for the stuff. A friend has a very nice '66 Chevelle. In the front window is a decal from Gorries, Toronto. From the decal I gather that Gorries was giving free lifetime lubrication to the customers. http://community.webshots.com/album/562576047PJthNV

This is the only Belmont sticker we know of existing. I'm gonna have a small run made. Think I remember who used to make em for us. If not outrageously costly, I will give em free to car owners.

On similar subject, one of my old crew guys has boxes filled with stickers and press kits and all kinds of stuff from when we were racing. Originals, from the 1960s & 70s, not repops. Sox & Martin, Landy, Ford Clinics, drag strips, car shows, etc. Even has some of my Mr. Gasket & Penzoil class winner stickers, fender covers, etc. I told him he should put the lot on ebay and retire from it. Just kidding, just kidding.

I suspect that there would be more than a few of us that would love to get their hands on one of those Belmont dealer stickers.

I think they look really great on a car that is restored to it's original condition.

Count me in for a few decals, I will need atleast one for my 1969 Camaro.

Pls don't feel you need to take on the financial responsibility yourself. I would have NO PROBLEM paying for my share.

Thanks Lance,

Paul
