Default Inside Rear View Mirror

Does anyone know if there is a place that specializes
in replacement of the mirrors of our older cars. I'd rather find a place that does,
then let some bone head at the local glass shop mess with my original.

It's the IRV that has the problem with the silver backing & I do not want a
reproduction, unless someone has a source for an excellent repro...

Thanks, Dicky

I have had great luck with Joyce - and know others here have as well.

Joyce Borell
(717) 733-5224

General clean up and glass re-silvered $85 each + $12 shipping (that's what it cost me 2-3 years ago)
Was about a 2 week turnaround

If you want to take your chances taking out the glass from the rubber/plastic housing and putting it back yourself you can also try:

Silver Service, Inc.
16120 Vandustrial Lane
South Holland, Illinois 60473
708-331-5501

I think they were $15 each, + $10 S & H when I researched before using Joyce.

I assume Joyce takes the whole assembly apart to get to the glass, then re-assembles.?

Yes I've had her do several and they came out spectacular. Very quick turn around as well.
