Default Pontiac tire option?

I'm new and I don't have any specific Pontiac knowledge. Just trying to verify some I heard.

So when did Pontiac first offer a colored side wall option other than white walls and what was it?

The 1966 Barracuda Formula S came with special blue streak (6.95x14) tires from Goodyear. A combo of a blue line and RWL.
