Very sharp! Is it staying the way it is or is there a 350 or 427 in the future?

Awesome! Love the caps...I'd add some bias Plys to complete the look if it were in my garage. Then again, if it were in my garage, I'm sure that wouldn't be the last thing that gets changed!

Very nice.....enjoy it!

Cheers
Dave

Really cool. In 1986 my dad bought a light green '72 Nova stripper with a straight six, 16K original miles, bias plys and the sturdy old Powerglide. Drove that from Pittsburgh to Erie a bunch of times for college and it never missed a beat. Great car.

Several years ago I purchased a very nice red/red '65 Chevelle 6-cylinder, Powerglide car with lofty aspirations of chopping it up into an altered wheelbase '60's-style match racer. When my normally trusty-worthy daily driver zonked out on me, I ended up driving the Chevelle to work every day for almost a year. This is when I learned to appreciate that not everything needs to be hyper-fast to be fun & enjoyed. I can't believe I just said that . . .
