Thanks all for the compliments..

Yes, these are new US Mag Wheels with new front tires and old Mickey Thompson cheater slicks.. They appear to be identical to the older ones and are very nice...

Wheels are: Fronts are 15x5 and rears 15x7.. Rear slicks are 15 inch, 28 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Front tires are Firestone 6.70x15. and can be bought through Coker.

I have those same Firestone fronts for a set of drag wheels I'm setting up for my 69. Tony hooked me up with the Firestone Drag 500 rears w/ tubes a couple months ago. I'm still needing to pickup a good set of 7" wheels to mount these on but trust they'll look great for static display and shows. I like the Drag 500's as that was Kym's go to tire when the car raced SS/LA throughout the 70's. Although the rears were bigger back then.

Thanks for the offer Tim,

I do have a pair of T/T here but they have holes for the valve stems drilled towards the center of the rim, and the tubes for the slicks have the valve stem offset toward the outer edge of the rim. I'm either going to use a set of black steelies or perhaps drill new holes in the T/T rims and mount these up.

I'll get to those one of these days...

Put these on my 68 the other day. Sure am liking the look, but they rub on the quarter wheel openings every bump. They’re only 14x7” with 215 60R14 rubber. Grrrr!

Very nice!
Is it the wheel off set causing the rub?
What is the clearance like to the leaf spring and inner tub and frame?
