Known as, “The Black Sheep” which by definition is an idiom used to describe a member of a group that’s different from the rest. The vision of this build was to create the ultimate sleeper that would make a bold statement standing still. The mission was accomplished with this bad to the bone muscle machine. As the VIN number indicates this vehicle was built in Freemont, CA as a 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle 300 2-door sedan with a 6-cyclinder. As the original documents indicate this car was sold new at De Anza Chevrolet located in Riverside, CA on 12-31-1965 to La Verna Swerline who was the owner at least into the late 1990’s. The following original documentation is included in an organized binder: GM new vehicle inspection and adjustment schedule forms, owner’s manual, warranty card with Protect-O-Plate, California title application, 5 State Farm insurance cards, 12 California registrations from 1965-1975, 1992, 1993 and miscellaneous receipts. This vehicle was the product of a meticulous restoration that was completed in July of 2021 and has only 20 test miles. It’s in show quality condition from top to bottom. The combination of the cowl hood and center window post gives it a unique appearance. The body is very straight with excellent gaps throughout. The black paint is ocean deep and shines beautifully. All of the glass is new and tinted throughout. The glass trim was painted satin black. The dual mirrors and door handles were powder coated black. The front grille was painted silver and a black Chevrolet emblem was added. The front bumper turn signal holes along with bolts were smoothed and painted sliver. It’s equipped with Optronics LED headlights with daytime running lights and turn signals. The rear bumper and taillight bezels were painted silver. The car sits on 17” black steel wheels with hub caps that were painted silver with black Chevrolet logos. The wheels are wrapped with new Sumitomo HTR tires. The exterior is complemented with an all new burgundy and black interior. Some of the custom interior features include the dome light, rear view mirror, Dakota Digital VHX gauges, Ididit tilt steering column, Billet Specialties 14” Formula steering wheel, door arm rest brackets, door handles, window cranks, Billet Specialties pedals, Hurst shifter and carpeted floor mats labeled Chevelle. The trunk compartment was nicely restored with a factory style trunk mat and full size spare tire. The engine compartment is nicely detailed throughout with many custom features. The firewall, inner fenders and radiator support was finished in textured paint for durability. The cowl hood is supported with Eddie Motorsports black aluminum hood hinges. The heart of this car is a rebuilt 454 V8 with 502 rectangular port heads and a double roller timing chain. The engine has been outfitted with an Edelbrock Victor Jr intake, carbon fiber valve covers with custom breathers, 750 CFM Holley Street Brawler carburetor, Chevrolet air cleaner with Edelbrock filter, Russell braided fuel lines, HEI electronic ignition system, Taylor wires with separators, custom pulleys and heat shrink hose clamps. It has a custom radiator support show panel and Optima red top battery with aluminum tray. The engine is cooled by a custom aluminum radiator with dual electric fans and aluminum overfill canister. The engine breathes through custom Hooker ceramic headers and a 2 ½ Flow Master exhaust system that sounds awesome. The engine is coupled to a rebuilt Muncie M22 Rock Crusher 4-speed manual transmission. The power is transferred through the Ford 9” POSI rear end with Moser axles and 3.89 gears. The undercarriage is also nicely detailed and was finished in textured paint for durability. It’s equipped with power steering, power front disc brakes and upgraded suspension parts such as front drop spindles and rear springs. This vehicle has been recently serviced and detailed which is all documented with an invoice that is included. From the MS CLASSIC CARS collection.

**PLEASE CALL MS CLASSIC CARS OWNER MARC SCHILIRO FOR A VERY ACCURATE VERBAL DESCRIPTION OF THIS VEHICLE**
