Default 69 Camaro door handles

Hello folks-
i have seen reference to both thick or thin oem outside door handles.
can some body clarify the differences, and the applications?

Yes, I found that researching our 68z and comparing to our 69, which led me to check others to compare. Chris, 67 and 68 used the thicker .54” handles and 69 used the .44” thick handles. As I have noted a judge can easily feel the thinner later service replacements.
