can be restored to show quality......(with or w/o lid) Also seeking contact info for plater that offers the BEST "value" on quality re-plating Air Cln Lids ????

Thanks for the efforts and info! To confirm, we're talking the black cleaner pics and not chrome one at the beginning of the thread? Bummer not being a 65/66 piece as that's what I was hoping for. Lid appears to be from something else...looks like maybe 70's/early 80's GM Truck? Not mine so can't measure myself but below are the few supplied dimensions if any help although cartridge may mean nothing w/ incorrect lid? Snorkels = 1.5" tall x 4-1/4" Wide x Length? The 65-66 air cleaner is a totally different animal. The diameter is about 2 inches larger and the bottom is smooth. Here is a link to a few I had in the past:
