Well said and true! I had a '66 Chevy II in 1970 and never called it a Deuce.And a 1970 Nova from 2003-2015 and never heard it called a Deuce!

There are members here who like to use "slang" to describe things. A few examples:

GUT: - the interior of a car.

VERT: - short for convertible

DEUCE: Chevy II/Nova

I love my Nova but when somebody calls their car a Deuce I am thinking of a
32 Ford coupe.
