Need this piece for 68 Camaro to secure the e-brake cable. Thanks.

That is welded to the subframe originally. Is it missing?

Yes. The car had subframe connectors and I think it was cut off as part of that modification back in the day.

You could make one out of 3/16- 1/4" strap, unless you need 100% accurate.
