Vin 10867S110806 Built late July of 1961 Jewel Blue with white coves . Blue interior. Options wonder-bar Radio Heater White wall tires Hardtop with new rear window Two tone paint 315 H.P. 283 C.I. engine with Rochester Fuel Injection Close ratio aluminum T-10 4 speed transmission With correct original shifter and linkage. Posi traction rear axle with 4:11 ratio Off Road Exhaust Engine Casting 3756519 Casting Date E-12-1 or May 12th 1961 Pad Stamping 1110806 F0623CS Fuel Injection Unit 7017320 # 3357 With steel air cleaner. Transmission Stamping WF 2912 or June 29th 1961 Generator 1102268 1F 20 or June 20th 1961 Rear End AP 629 June Harrison aluminum radiator DATE 61 F Corvette starts and runs nice. Brakes well, all 4 forward gears as well as reverse are fine. All gauges work. Older repaint with new carpets, seat covers and door panels. Beautiful Jewel blue steering wheel, no cracks or chips, nice grain pattern. New brushed aluminum grab bar insert. Fresh heater core. Original jack and handle. Trunk Mat and seat separator panel (black), Correct 61/62 antenna with WARD and Bowtie logo. Spare on original 15X5” Corvette wheel. Windshield washer and vacuum tank mounted on passenger side fender well which is correct for F.I. cars. New windshield. Correct 1961 Grille. Four T3 headlights. WOW!!!!
Is that the same color as "Tropical Turquoise" used in 1957? I had a turquoise 57 Chevy and still love that color. Looks very similar, but sometimes digital pics and different monitors make it look different. What a car.
