Was that a Willow Run thing? Flint 68 and 69 fullsize used the same type of card and I've seen M21 and M22 transmission rpo codes listed on them.

Those are Fisher Body broadcast codes.

Piecing a sheet back together is time consuming... I did my 68 GTO sheet which was in alot of pieces, I used a piece of ACID free archival illustration board and archival glue used a pair of tweezers and put the pieces in place... then covered with a sleeve which protects it from UV light.
