Default Paimetto Green 1966 Pontiac GTO 4 Spd 389/360Hp Tri Power A/C

Hello all, Helping my Dad get some exposure to a car he recently finished. If anyone has questions feel free to ask. My name is Rick and my dads is John. Something that may interest some is that we also plan on posting a Maroon 69 COPO Chevelle in the coming weeks. Untill then Here are the facts on the GTO.

Paimetto Green 1966 Pontiac GTO 4 Spd 389/360Hp Tri Power A/C

This is a freshly restored and highly detailed 1966 Pontiac GTO. Car was found In New Mexico 2012 with all its original sheetmetal and no major rot, rust or damage to the car. Before restoration PHS documentation was acquired.

Pontiac Historical Documentation shows the car left the factor as follows:

· VIN 242176Z110556
· Push Button Radio with Manual Antenna
· Rally gauge cluster with Tachometer
· Rally Wheels
· Center Console
· Power Steering
· Power Brakes
· Soft Ray Glass All Windows
· Air Conditioning
· Ride and Handling Package(included springs, shocks and stabilizer bar)
· M20 4 Spd Transmission
· 389cu Engine with 4bbl(335hp)
· 3.23 Rear Axle
· Paimetto Green Paint
· Black Cordova Top
· Black Bucket Seat Interior

Upon Restoration Changes were Made and the car appears today with the following:

· Paimetto Green Paint
· Black Cordova Top
· Black Bucket Seat Interior
· 3.55 Rear Axle
· 389cu Engine with Tri Power 360hp
· M20 4spd Transmission
· Air Conditioning
· Soft Ray Glass All Windows
· Power Brakes including newer front disc brakes(single piston)
· Power Steering
· Center Console
· Steel Wheels and Poverty caps
· Rally gauge cluster with Tachometer
· AM/FM Pushbutton Radio
· Power Rear Antenna
· HO Exhaust Manifolds
· M and H Electronic Ignition
· Wood Grain Steering Wheel

Car was restored with great attention to detail. During restoration great emphasis was put on originality and original parts being used throughout. The tri power setup used in the restoration was off a 1966 GTO removed in 1970 and sat on a mantle until 2014. Engine is not original but numbers correct from pan to air cleaners. It was bored .040 over and was rebuilt with a mild upgrade to the original 360hp cam. Heads were fully reworked with new seats, valves, springs, etc. Transmission and rear end were also fully disassembled and rebuilt. Complete interior restoration with the usage of Legendary Auto Interiors. Car is very straight with panel gap better than factory. Body work focused on flat straight panels with very little bondo. Cars paint job is base clear.

Hundreds of restoration pictures document progress along with any receipt used to purchase materials and parts. Car is titled in Illinois and is clean and clear. Interested parties are encouraged to call and arrange time to see the car in person. Please contact my dad at 8157472731 and ask for John. If he doesn't respond its best to leave a message. Like I stated earlier I can answer most questions myself but its better to call dad if your interested. Asking Price now 72k

Man that car is beautiful; I am pretty sure it wasn't nearly as nice when new, the fit and finish is exceptional. GLWS
